
We have the ambition to ship your order within 24 hours upon receipt. Normal delivery time is between 2-4 working days. The delivery time varies depending on your country of residence, the size of your order, and the local postal or UPS services.
If packages are returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected package, or refusal to accept), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee covering the return freight and handling costs.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If you notify us electronically, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.
Product Condition
You have the right to open the package and examine the product to the same extent as you would in a physical store. The item must be returned in essentially new and unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been personalized or customized for you
Sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery
Products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons

You bear the cost and risk of return shipping (except for incorrect deliveries, defective products, or transport damage). You can use any freight company of your choice. Remember to save your tracking number. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (postförskott).
Return shipping within Sweden typically costs 69-89 SEK via PostNord or similar services.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back (whichever happens first).
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Please note: The direct cost of return shipping is paid by you as the customer. We will only refund your outbound shipping costs, not your return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please make a return following the process above and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Faulty Products & Complaints
For defective items or complaints regarding quality or errors, the Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen) applies. Contact us immediately if you receive a faulty product, and we will cover all return costs in such cases.
